February 2026 Essence Weddings Engagement Photography Session Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    1. Must be 18 years or older to enter.

    2. Open to U.S. residents only in the Chicagoland area.

    3. One entry per couple.

    4. Entrants must be currently engaged and planning a wedding with a booked wedding venue and wedding date.

    5. New contracts only. Must book photography services to redeem prize. See Prize Details below for more information.

  2. ​Entry Period

    1. Giveaway runs from February 10-February 21, 2026

    2. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on February 21, 2026.

  3. How to Enter

    1. ​Complete the official entry form

  4. Winner Selection

    1. One winner will be selected at random and notified by February 27, 2026 via email or phone.

    2. Winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize or a new winner may be selected.

  5. Prize Details

    1. ​Prize includes free 1 hour of photography service at Essence Weddings' choice outdoor location in Schaumburg, IL (up to $299 total value) when an eligible wedding photography package is booked.

    2. Prize must be redeemed at Essence Weddings in Schaumburg, IL or Orland Park, IL.

    3. Valid for weddings taking place in 2026, 2027, or 2028.

    4. No cash value or substitutions.

    5. Any additional cost beyond $299 will be the responsibility of the winner.

    6. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

    7. If a couple enters the giveaway, books qualifying photography services before the winner is announced, and is later selected as the winner, the prize amount will be applied as a discount to their existing contract.

  6. Restrictions

    1. Offer applies to standard photography packages. Premium upgrades or customizations may incur additional fees.

    2. Prize is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the winner.

  7. Publicity

    1. ​By entering, you agree to allow Essence Weddings to use your name, likeness, and photos for promotional purposes if selected as the winner.

  8. General Conditions

    1. Essence Weddings reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time for any reason.
